Hello friends! My name is Nicole Morris. I teach a self-contained class for students with Autism Spectrum Disorders grades 3-5 in Northern Virginia! I have my Masters in Special Education from George Mason University.
I started this blog as a way to connect with other special education teachers. Special Education can be an exciting and rewarding field, but it is also not unusual to feel isolated and lonely. Since starting this journey, I have made so many friends both in special education and general education. I’m so happy to have you join!
My husband and I have been married for 1 year and we have a 3 year old rescue beagle named Buster. When I’m not teaching or creating, you can usually find me cooking in the kitchen, reading in my reading nook at home or enjoying a class (or 2) of wine!
